Meet Attorney David A. Webster

Seminole County Criminal Defense Lawyer and Former Prosecutor

David A. Webster established our firm for the exclusive purpose of representing individuals facing criminal charges. Mr. Webster is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the University of Toledo College of Law, where he received the Dean’s Award for the Outstanding Graduate of the Class of 1991. While in law school, Mr. Webster worked for the Law Offices of Gallon and Takacs, PA, in its appellate division, preparing hundreds of cases for appeal. Upon graduation, Mr. Webster accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Seminole County where he prosecuted countless cases, from simple misdemeanors to complex felonies.

Former Prosecution Experience

While employed as a prosecutor, Mr. Webster received the MADD Award of Excellence given to prosecutors who excel in DUI litigation. Taking the invaluable experiences he gained from being a prosecutor, Mr. Webster went into private practice as a partner with the law firm of Collins, Webster and Krause, PA in 1994. He began to focus exclusively on criminal defense.

For the past two decades, Mr. Webster has handled thousands of cases for individuals faced with all types of criminal charges, both at the state and federal level. He also represents lawyers and law enforcement in disciplinary matters, as well as professionals before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

In the past, he has been a member and on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also been a member of the Orange County Bar and the Seminole County Bar, and served on the Grievance Committee of the Florida Bar Association. Currently, he serves on the 18th Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel. Additionally, Mr. Webster has lectured at the Seminole State College Police Academy, instructing law enforcement on trial preparation and testimony. He has extensive courtroom experience, using these skills to properly prepare cases so that each client receives the best possible outcome available.
