Samantha Lambert is a Longwood criminal defense attorney representing clients throughout Central Florida, including Seminole and Orange counties. Before joining private practice, she spent years as an Assistant Public Defender in the courtroom, handling a heavy caseload of criminal matters- experience she now brings directly to the clients she defends.

Education & Academic Background

Samantha was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her B.S. in Justice Studies from San Jose State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving the inaugural Undergraduate Paper of the Year Award. She went on to Barry University School of Law on a full scholarship and graduated third in her class.

During law school, Samantha served as Research and Technical Editor of Law Review and was one of two students selected for publication in the Spring 2020 edition. She also served as a Dean’s Study Fellow and Research Assistant, and spent her summers as a legal intern focused on civil litigation.

Samantha began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she handled thousands of cases and spent nearly every day in court. That courtroom experience shaped her focus: litigating criminal defense on behalf of individuals facing charges throughout Central Florida.

In this World Cup soccer time I can only describe them as “ the Dream team “ , led by Lionel Messi .
They Represented me in a very tricky DUI case which should have been thrown out as a bad stop at the first hearing but was forwarded to a jury trial  due to a change of judge at the last minute .
I was very nervous about the whole jury trial process , but David put me at ease and guided me through jury selection and a 4 hour trial that Ultimately resulted in a not guilty verdict .
Davids command of the courtroom and the legal process is top notch .
His years in the legal field are very evident and will result in a favorable outcome to your case .
His Rebuttal of the prosecution case and evidence,

The TLDR version… they’re the best in the area and it’s not even close. If you need an attorney and can hire them - do it. Ask for Samantha Lambert and trust her. It is the best decision you will ever make and these are generally not times to roll the dice.

I’d always heard great things about David Webster. To be fair, he is probably one of the most desired attorneys in the area. I have no doubt he’s great, but this isn’t the whole story. There is another attorney working out of Mr. Webster’s office that’s just unbelievably talented. Her name is Samantha Lambert.

Samantha is likely the most effective attorney I’ve ever worked with or spoken to. Unfortunately, I’ve had to hire a lot of different attorneys over the years… and no one comes even close. She’s in another league. She’s brilliant, patient, detailed, and most importantly… she is prepared. She thinks ahead in the way only someone who has prepared can do.

My case was weird; messy. It was over 15-years old, but it was a serious case. Everything was stacked against me and she carefully navigated it all like a professional. She got me a bond in the most unlikely bond scenario; then she got to work on my case (she won) and today I am free.

Try to trust me when I tell you that she is very likely the best criminal defense attorney you’re going to meet. It’s an absolute pleasure talking with her, too. She is empathetic in a way that’s not ridiculous: she’s not going to beat around the bush or dote on you… but she is going to actually hear what you’re saying. She is going to remember it; she’s going to figure it into the case or how she handles the case.

To be totally frank, I couldn’t put into words how I feel about her if I was paid to. She is just an amazing woman; an awesome person and an absolute rock star attorney. I could spend days going on and on about her.

David was recommended to me many years ago and he has been a tremendous resource.  He is friendly, treats you like he genuinely cares (which he obviously does), and exudes confidence based on his many years of experience.  Samantha is just as friendly and confident.  Recently Samantha handled a hearing on a serious matter for a family member with unmatched expertise and achieved the right result.
